信息化追溯管理平台应用于消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒灭菌规范管理的效果

摘要
目的 分析信息化追溯管理平台应用于消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒灭菌规范管理的效果.方法 于2022年1-12月和2023年1-12月分别选取邹城市人民医院消毒供应中心500件器械,以及负责器械管理的20名医务工作人员作为研究对象.选取2022年的500件器械作为对照组,采取常规管理.选取2023年的500件器械作为观察组,在常规管理模式基础上应用信息化追溯管理平台进行管理.比较两组器械信息查询时间、接收操作时间,以及医务工作人员2022年和2023年对器械管理的满意度及工作人员职业倦怠感.结果 观察组器械信息查询时间和接收操作时间均短于对照组,医务工作人员2023年对器械管理的满意度和职业倦怠感均优于2022年,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 消毒供应中心应用信息化追溯管理平台管理,可以提高医务工作人员的工作效率,减轻职业倦怠感,促进器械清洗消毒灭菌的规范化管理.
Abstract
Objective Analysis of the effectiveness of applying information traceability management platform to standardized management of instrument cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization in disinfection supply centers.Methods A total of 500 instruments and 20 medical staff responsible for instrument management were selected from the disinfection supply center of Zoucheng People's Hospital as the research subjects from January to December 2022 and January to December 2023,respectively.In 2022,500 instruments were used as the control group and conventional management was adopted.In 2023,500 instruments were used as observation groups and managed using an information-based traceability management platform based on conventional management models.Compare the query time and receiving operation time of two sets of device information,as well as the satisfaction of medical staff with device management and their occupational burnout in 2022 and 2023.Results The observation group had significantly shorter device information query time and receiving operation time than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction and occupational burnout of medical staff in device management in 2023 were significantly better than those in 2022(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of an information-based traceability management platform in the disinfection supply center can improve the work efficiency of medical staff,reduce occupational burnout,and promote standardized management of instrument cleaning,disinfection,and sterilization.
