摘要
目的 探讨对全髋关节置换术患者实施综合护理干预的效果.方法 选择2021-2023年115例在将乐县总医院实施全髋关节置换术患者,所有患者随机分为对照组57例和观察组58例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预.对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况,以及术前和术后疼痛情况及髋关节功能和日常生活活动能力.结果 观察组术后排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后两组大小腿周径差均小于干预前,且观察组较对照组更小,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组术后24 h和72 h疼痛评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后1个月髋关节功能和日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 全髋关节置换术患者采取综合护理干预更有利于术后恢复,能够进一步减轻患者疼痛,减少并发症的发生,提高髋关节功能和日常生活活动能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery.Methods A total of 115 patients who underwent total hip replacement surgery at Jiangle County General Hospital from 2021 to 2023 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into a control group of 57 cases and an observation group of 58 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the postoperative recovery,incidence of complications,preoperative and postoperative pain,hip joint function,and daily living activities between the two groups.Results The postoperative defecation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the difference in leg circumference between the two groups was significantly smaller than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups at 24 and 72 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hip joint function and daily living activity scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group one month after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is more beneficial for postoperative recovery in patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery,which can further alleviate pain,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve hip joint function and daily living activities.
