孕期体质量管理联合PBL健康教育在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者应用孕期体质量管理联合PBL健康教育的效果.方法 选取2022年1-12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院产科收治的300例妊娠期糖尿病患者.所有患者根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组行孕期体质量管理联合PBL健康教育,对照组行常规护理管理.对比两组干预后的血糖控制效果、遵医行为、体质量增幅情况及母婴结局.结果 干预后观察组的遵医行为高于对照组,血糖水平和体质量增幅低于对照组,新生儿结局优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 孕期体质量管理联合PBL健康教育可以提高妊娠期糖尿病患者的遵医行为,更有利于患者的血糖和体质量控制,同时可避免不良妊娠结局的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy body weight management combined with PBL health education in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 300 GDM patients admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from January to December of 2022 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 150 cases in each group.The observation group received pregnancy body weight management combined with PBL health education,while the control group received routine nursing management.Compare the blood glucose control effect,compliance behavior,body mass increase,and maternal infant outcomes between two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the compliance behavior of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the increase in blood glucose levels and body mass was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the neonatal outcome was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pregnancy body weight management and PBL health education can improve the compliance behavior of GDM,which is more conducive to the control of blood glucose and body quality of patients,and can avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes.
