多学科干预模式在食管癌根治术患者中的应用

摘要
目的 研究多学科干预模式对食管癌根治术患者心理状态、希望水平、生活质量的影响.方法 选择2021年7月—2023年6月在邹城市人民医院接受食管癌根治术治疗的88例患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各44例.对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用多学科干预模式,比较两组心理状态、希望水平和生活质量改善情况.结果 干预后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组Herth希望指数量表和癌症患者生活质量通用量表各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在食管癌根治术患者中开展多学科干预模式,可有效促进患者希望水平及生活质量提升,并减轻心理负担.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary intervention model on the psychological state,hope level and quality of life of patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods From July 2021 to June 2023,a total of 88 patients who underwent radical surgery for esophageal cancer in Zoucheng People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the research group was given multidisciplinary intervention mode.The psychological state,hope level,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Herth hope index and functional assessment of cancer therapy-general module in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary intervention model in patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer can effectively promote patients'hope level and quality of life,and reduce psychological burden.
