医护一体化干预模式对高龄胆道结石手术患者术后恢复心理弹性和生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨医护一体化干预模式对高龄胆道结石手术患者术后恢复、心理弹性和生活质量的影响.方法 将2019年8月—2020年11月在政和县熊山街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的89例高龄胆道结石手术患者纳入研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组44例和研究组45例.对照组进行常规干预,研究组在常规干预基础上进行医护一体化干预模式,比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、心理弹性和生活质量.结果 研究组肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、引流时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组心理弹性量表和胃肠道生命质量指数量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于高龄胆道结石手术患者来说,医护一体化干预模式可加快术后恢复速度,改善心理弹性,提高生活质量和降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of integrated medical and nursing intervention model on postoperative recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life in elderly patients undergoing biliary tract stone surgery.Methods From August 2019 to November 2020,a total of 89 elderly patients with biliary tract stone who were treated in Xiongshan Street Community Health Service Center of Zhenghe County were included in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(44 cases)and a research group(45 cases).The control group accepted routine intervention,while the research group accepted integrated medical and nursing intervention model on the basis of routine intervention.The postoperative recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The study group had significantly shorter anal exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time,drainage time,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale and gastrointestinal quality of life index in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients undergoing gallstone surgery,the integrated medical and nursing intervention model can accelerate postoperative recovery,improve psychological resilience and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
