颈椎病患者C2～7节段Cobb角 颈椎曲度类型 矢状面轴向距离与项韧带钙化的相关性分析

摘要
目的 分析颈椎病患者C2～7 Cobb角、颈椎曲度类型、矢状面轴向距离(sagittal vertical axis,SVA)与项韧带钙化的相关性.方法 回顾性分析2021年10月—2023年10月国家电网公司职业病防治院收治的100例颈椎病患者的临床资料,依据项韧带钙化体积分为对照组32例、观察A组34例和观察B组34例,比较三组C2～7 Cobb角、颈椎曲度类型、C2～7 SVA,分析上述指标与项韧带钙化的相关性.结果 三组间C2～7 Cobb角、C2～7 SVA、颈椎曲度直型率、颈椎曲度后凸型率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).相关分析发现,颈椎病患者C2～7 Cobb角、颈椎曲度后凸型率、C2～7 SVA与项韧带钙化呈负相关关系,颈椎曲度直型率与有项韧带钙化呈正相关关系(P＜0.05).结论 椎病患者C2～7 Cobb角、颈椎曲度类型(颈椎曲度直型、颈椎曲度后凸型)、SVA与项韧带钙化具有明显的相关性,可用于临床病情分析.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between C2～7 Cobb angle,cervical curvature type,sagittal vertical axis(SVA)and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital of State Grid Corporation of China from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the volume of ligament calcification,they were divided into control group(32 cases),observation group A(34 cases)and observation group B(34 cases).The 2～7 Cobb Angle,cervical curvature type,and C2～7 SVA values were compared among three groups,and the correlation between the indicators and nuchal ligament calcification were analyzed.Results The differences in C2～7 Cobb angle,C2～7 SVA,cervical curvature straightness rate,and cervical curvature kyphosis rate among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis found that there was a negative correlation between C2～7 Cobb angle,cervical curvature kyphosis rate,C2～7 SVA and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis,and a positive correlation between cervical curvature straightness rate and nuchal ligament calcification(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between C2～7 Cobb angle,cervical curvature type(cervical curvature straight type,cervical curvature kyphosis type),SVA and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis,which can be used for clinical condition analysis.
