米诺环素联合替硝唑对社区慢性牙周炎患者炎症反应和氧化应激的影响

摘要
目的 研究米诺环素联合替硝唑对社区慢性牙周炎患者炎症反应、氧化应激的影响.方法 选择2021年3月—2023年2月东港区石臼街道社区卫生服务中心收治的98例(共98颗牙)社区慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各49例.对照组采用替硝唑进行治疗,研究组在替硝唑基础上加用米诺环素进行治疗,比较两组患者的牙周健康指标、炎症反应指标和氧化应激指标.结果 治疗后,研究组牙龈指数、牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、白细胞介素-1β、白细胞介素-6、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1、丙二醛、一氧化氮低于对照组,而超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗社区慢性牙周炎,可有效改善牙周健康,调节炎症及氧化应激反应.
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of minocycline combined with tinidazole on inflammatory response and oxidative stress in patients with chronic periodontitis in the community.Methods Ninety-eight patients with chronic periodontitis in the community who received treatment at Shijiu Street Community Health Service Center in Donggang District from March 2021 to February 2023(a total of 98 teeth)were selected,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 49 patients in each group by a random number table method.The control group was treated with tinidazole,while the research group added minocycline to tinidazole for treatment.The periodontal health indicators,inflammatory response indicators,and oxidative stress indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gingival index,periodontal probing depth,plaque index,interleukin-1β,interleukin-6,monocyte chemotactic protein-1,malondialdehyde,and nitric oxide in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of minocycline and tinidazole can effectively improve periodontal health and regulate inflammation and oxidative stress responses in the treatment of chronic periodontitis in the community.
