摘要
目的 探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管导丝疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞的效果.方法 选择2020年5月—2023年10月金乡县人民医院收治的输卵管阻塞患者160例作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各80例.对照组采用宫腔镜下选择性输卵管通液术;研究组采用宫腔镜下输卵管导丝疏通术,比较两组术后输卵管通畅率、子宫及卵巢形态和妊娠情况.结果 手术12周后,研究组输卵管通畅率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后1年,研究组妊娠率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).手术后,研究组子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度和卵巢体积均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 宫腔镜下输卵管插管导丝疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞,术后输卵管通畅率及妊娠率更高,而且子宫及卵巢形态恢复更佳.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and guidewire unblocking surgery in the treatment of fallopian tubal obstruction.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with blocked fallopian tubes admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group accepted selective tubal patency under hysteroscopy,while the research group accepted hysteroscopic fallopian tube guidewire unblocking surgery.The postoperative patency rate of the fallopian tubes,the morphology of the uterus and ovaries,and the pregnancy status were compared between the two groups.Results Twelve weeks after surgery,the patency of the fallopian tubes in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One year after surgery,the pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,the uterine volume,endometrial thickness,and ovarian volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and guidewire unblocking surgery significantly improve the postoperative patency rate of the fallopian tubes and pregnancy rate,and better restore the morphology of the uterus and ovaries in patients with blocked fallopian tubes.
