目的 探讨盐酸溴己新和阿奇霉素联合治疗在肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中的临床效果.方法 选取2021年11月—2023年11月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组应用阿奇霉素联合盐酸溴己新治疗.比较两组症状消失时间、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后炎性因子[降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]水平变化.结果 观察组发热消失时间(3.01±1.21)d、肺部啰音消失时间(4.11±0.68)d、咳嗽消失时间(3.75±0.85)d均比对照组时间短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组血清PCT、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗,观察组PCT为(0.15±0.10)ng/mL、CRP水平为(8.46±1.08)mg/L,均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论 在阿奇霉素治疗基础上加用盐酸溴己新可缩短肺炎支原体肺炎患儿病程,减轻机体炎性反应,促进患儿康复,同时并未增加不良反应发生,值得临床借鉴推广.
Application Value of Bromhexine Hydrochloride Combined with Azithromycin in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bromhexine hydrochloride and azithromycin in the treatment Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into 50 cases each in the control group and the observation group.The control group adopted azithromycin treatment,and the observation group adopted azithromycin combined with bromhexine hydrochloride treatment.The symptom disappearance time,occurrence of adverse reactions,and changes in the levels of inflammatory factors[procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The time for fever disappearance[(3.01±1.21)d],the time for lung rales disappearance[(4.11±0.68)d],and the time for cough disappearance[(3.75±0.85)d]in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum PCT and CRP levels were not significantly different between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PCT of the observation group was[(0.15±0.10)ng/mL],and the CRP level was[(8.46±1.08)mg/L],which were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during treatment in both groups.Conclusion The addition of bromhexine hydrochloride on the basis of azithromycin treatment can shorten the course of the disease,reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,and promote the recovery of children,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical reference and popularization.
