目的 探讨平衡火罐联合耳部刮痧治疗老年阴虚火旺型失眠的临床效果.方法 选取2020年5月—2023年5月在石河子大学第一附属医院治疗的90例老年阴虚火旺型失眠患者,随机分为参照组与研究组各45例.两组患者均给予阿普唑仑口服治疗,在此基础上,参照组实施平衡火罐治疗、研究组实施平衡火罐联合耳部刮痧治疗,两组患者持续治疗1个月.比较两组治疗前后的负性情绪[焦虑(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁(self-rating depression scale,SDS)情绪]、睡眠质量(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)、生存质量(World Health Organization on quality of life brief scale,WHO-QOL-BREF),以及临床疗效和不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后研究组患者的PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、WHO-QOL-BREF评分、治疗总有效率均优于参照组,且研究组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 老年阴虚火旺型失眠患者采用平衡火罐联合耳部刮痧联合治疗具有更好的效果,能够改善患者的睡眠状态,提升患者的睡眠质量,还能缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生存质量,值得推广使用.
Clinical Effect Analysis of Balanced Cupping Combined with Ear Scraping on Improving Elderly Insomnia Patients with Yin Deficiency and Fire-hyperactivity Syndrome
Objective To explore the clinical effect of balancing fire cupping combined with ear scraping in the treatment of elderly insomnia patients with yin deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome.Methods Ninety elderly insomnia patients with yin deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into 45 cases each in the reference group and the study group.Both groups were given oral alprazolam treatment,on this basis,the reference group implemented balanced fire cupping treatment,and the study group implemented balanced fire cupping combined with ear scraping,and the two groups of patients continued to be treated for 1 month.Compare negative emotions[anxiety(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS),depression(self-rating depression scale,SDS)mood],sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI),quality of life(World Health Organization on quality of life brief scale,WHO-QOL-BREF),and clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse effects between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score,WHO-QOL-BREF score,and total effective rate of treatment of the patients in the study group were significantly better than those of the reference group after treatment,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of balanced cupping and ear scraping is more effective for elderly insomnia patients with yin deficiency and fire-hyperactivity syndrome,which can improve the sleep status of the patients,enhance the quality of sleep,and also alleviate the anxiety and depression of the patients,and improve the quality of survival.It has a good therapeutic effect and is suitable for clinical promotion.
