摘要
目的 探讨个体化康复护理对下肢开放性骨折患者术后膝关节功能、疾病知晓和生活质量的影响.方法 选择宁化县总医院2022年2月—2024年2月收治的110例下肢开放性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法将其均分对照组和观察组各55例.对照组接受常规护理;观察组接受个体化康复护理,比较两组患者的膝关节功能评分、疾病知晓评分和生活质量评分.结果 护理干预60 d后进行随访,观察组Lysholm膝关节功能评分、疾病知晓评分、生活质量综合评定问卷评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 相比于常规护理,个体化康复护理对改善下肢开放性骨折患者术后的膝关节功能、疾病知晓和生活质量具有显著作用,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of individualized rehabilitation nursing on postoperative knee joint function,disease awareness,and quality of life in patients with open lower limb fractures.Methods One hundred and ten patients with open fractures of the lower limbs admitted to Ninghua General Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by double-blind method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received personalized rehabilitation nursing.And the knee joint function score,disease awareness score,and quality of life score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 60 days of nursing intervention,follow-up was conducted,and the Lysholm knee joint function score,disease awareness score,and comprehensive quality of life questionnaire score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,individualized rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on improving knee joint function,disease awareness,and quality of life in patients with open lower limb fractures after surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
