双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇性光疗对新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗作用

摘要
目的 探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇性光疗对新生儿高胆红素血症(neonatal hyper-bilimbinemia,NHB)患儿的治疗作用.方法 选择安顺市人民医院2023年1-12月收治的NHB患儿60例,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例.对照组接受间歇性光疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片.比较不同治疗方式对患儿恢复情况、胆红素水平和免疫功能的影响.结果 研究组黄疸消退时间、治疗时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后1周,研究组总胆红素、间接胆红素和经皮黄疸指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).出院4周后进行随访,研究组CD3、CD4、IgA、IgG、IgM高于对照组;而CD8低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇性光疗治疗NHB,能够有效加快皮肤黄疸消退和胆红素降低速度,并且具有一定的免疫调理功能.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Bifidobacterium quadruplex live bacterial tablets combined with intermittent phototherapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB)in children.Methods Sixty children with NHB admitted to Anshun People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent phototherapy,while the study group received Bifidobacterium quadruplex live bacterial tablets in addition to the control group.The effects of different treatment methods on the recovery,bilirubin levels,and immune function of pediatric patients were compared.Results The time for jaundice resolution and treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).One week after treatment,the total bilirubin,indirect bilirubin,and percutaneous jaundice index in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Follow up was conducted 4 weeks after discharge,and the CD3,CD4,IgA,IgG,and IgM levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8 was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bifidobacterium quadruplex live bacterial tablets and intermittent phototherapy in the treatment of NHB can effectively accelerate the resolution of skin jaundice and the reduction of bilirubin,and has a certain immune regulatory function.
