摘要
目的 观察数字化X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)脊柱全长拼接技术在脊柱侧弯中诊断的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年1月期间在广东省人民医院南海医院进行脊柱全长摄影的脊柱侧弯患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各45例.两组均进行脊柱全长摄影,对照组采用CT扫描技术,研究组采用DR脊柱全长拼接技术.比较两组的图像质量、信噪比和拼接误差率.结果 研究组图像质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组正位SNR值、侧位SNR值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组长度拼接误差率、角度拼接误差率、放大率不同拼接误差率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将DR脊柱全长拼接摄影技术应用于脊柱侧弯的临床诊断中,可获取高质量图像,有效提高信噪比,减少拼接误差,临床应用价值高.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of digital radiography(DR)spine full-length splicing technology in the diagnosis of scoliosis.Methods Ninety patients with scoliosis who underwent full-length spine photography at Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 45 patients in each group.Both groups underwent full-length spine photography,with the control group using CT scanning technology and the study group using DR spine full-length splicing technology.The image quality,signal-to-noise ratio,and stitching error rate between two groups were compared.Results The image quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive and lateral SNR values of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The error rates of length splicing,angle splicing,and magnification splicing in the research group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DR spine full-length stitching photography technology in the clinical diagnosis of scoliosis can obtain high-quality images,effectively improve signal-to-noise ratio,reduce stitching errors,and has high clinical application value.
