摘要
目的 观察富血小板血浆辅助治疗膝骨关节炎患者的效果.方法 选择2021年1月—2023年1月山东省博兴县人民医院收治的124例膝骨关节炎患者,随机均分为手术组和联合组各62例.手术组行关节镜清理术治疗,联合组在手术组基础上加用富血小板血浆治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效,术前和术后6个月的膝关节活动度和疼痛程度、膝关节功能、关节腔液炎性因子水平.结果 术后6个月,联合组总有效率高于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).联合组膝关节西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分低于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).联合组膝关节关节液白介素-1β、基质金属蛋白酶-3、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 膝骨关节炎患者应用富血小板血浆进行辅助治疗效果明显,能进一步改善膝关节功能、关节腔液炎性因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To observing the effect of platelet rich plasma as an adjuvant therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 124 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the People's Hospital of Boxing County of Shandong Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into surgery group and combined group,with 62 cases in each group.The operation group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,while the combined group was treated with platelet-rich plasma on the basis of the operation group.The clinical efficacy,knee range of motion and pain,knee function,and inflammatory factor levels in joint fluid before and 6 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of surgery,the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the surgical group(P<0.05).The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index score of the joint group was lower than that of the surgical group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-1β,matrix metalloproteinase-3,basic fibroblast growth factor and tumor necrosis factor-αin knee Joint fluid of combined group were lower than those of the surgical group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of platelet rich plasma as an adjuvant therapy for patients with knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect,which can further improve knee joint function,and inflammatory cytokine levels in joint fluid.
