天王补心丹加味治疗阴血亏虚型乳腺癌失眠患者的临床研究

摘要
目的 探讨天王补心丹加味治疗阴血亏虚型乳腺癌失眠患者临床效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月钦州市中医医院收治的60例阴血亏虚型乳腺癌失眠患者,随机分为观察组和观察组各30例.对照组接受地西泮片进行治疗,观察组在其基础上加用天王补心丹加味进行治疗.比较两组治疗前后的睡眠功能、中医证候积分和血清5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)和褪黑素(melatonin,MT)水平.结果 治疗2周后,两组睡眠质量、中医证候积分、血清5-HT和MT水平较治疗前均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 应用天王补心丹加味治疗阴血亏虚型乳腺癌失眠患者能够显著改善睡眠质量、中医证候积分,并且提高血清5-HT和MT水平.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Tianwang Buxin Dan on insomnia patients with breast cancer caused by yin-blood deficiency.Methods Sixty patients with Yin-blood deficiency type insomnia with breast cancer treated in Qinzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diazepam tablets,while the observation group was treated with tianwang buxin dan supplemented on the basis of control group.The sleep function,troditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum 5-hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT)and melatonin(MT)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,sleep quality,troditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,serum 5-HT and MT levels in two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of Yin-blood deficiency type insomnia with breast cancer patients can significantly improve sleep quality,traditional Chiaese medicine syndrome score,and promote serum 5-HT and MT levels.
