The Impact of Roy's Adaptation Mode on Negative Psychology,Coping Strategy and Quality of Life in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

摘要
目的 探讨罗伊(Roy)适应模式对异常子宫出血患者负性心理、应对方式和生活质量的影响.方法 选择2020年1月—2021年1月就诊于邹城市人民医院的130例异常子宫出血患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各65例.对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受Roy适应模式护理.比较两组患者负性心理、应对方式、生活质量的改善情况.结果 护理后,研究组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组;正性-负性情绪量表中,研究组正向情绪评分高于对照组,负向情绪评分低于对照组;医学应对方式问卷中,研究组回避、屈服评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组;生活质量综合评定问卷中,研究组躯体、心理、物质、社会评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Roy适应模式护理用于异常子宫出血患者中,能减轻患者的负性心理,改善应对方式,提升生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Roy's adaptation mode on negative psychology,coping strategy,and quality of life in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who visited Zoucheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 65 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received Roy adaptation mode care.The improvement of negative psychology,coping strategy,and quality of life between two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of the self-rating depression scale and the self-rating anxiety scale in the research group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).In the positive and negative affect scale,the positive emotion score in the research group was higher than the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than the control group after nursing(P<0.05).In the medical coping modes questionnaire,the avoidance and surrender scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the face score of the research group was higher than that of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).In the generic quality of life inventory-74,the physical,psychological,material,and social scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion The Roy adaptation model nursing can alleviate negative psychology,improve coping strategy,and enhance quality of life in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.
