产后盆底康复训练联合护理干预治疗产后子宫脱垂的效果

摘要
目的 探讨产后盆底康复训练联合护理干预治疗产后子宫脱垂的临床效果.方法 选取泉州市惠安县东岭镇中心卫生院2021年1月—2023年1月收治的60例产后子宫脱垂患者,依照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组采用产后盆底康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上实施护理干预.比较两组临床疗效以及干预前后盆底功能障碍、尿失禁及性生活质量情况.结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后两组盆底功能障碍评分、尿失禁评分、性生活质量评分均较干预前得到改善,且干预后观察组上述指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 产后盆底康复训练联合护理干预能有效治疗产后子宫脱垂,较单独采用盆底康复训练具有更好的效果,能够进一步缓解患者盆底功能障碍程度,有效改善患者临床尿失禁情况,提高患者性生活质量,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum uterine prolapse admitted to Dongling Town Central Health Center in Huian County,Quanzhou City from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training,while the observation group received nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,pelvic floor dysfunction,urinary incontinence,and quality of sexual life between two groups before and after intervention.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor dysfunction score,urinary incontinence score,and sexual life quality score in both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the observation group had significantly better scores in these indicators than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention can effectively treat postpartum uterine prolapse,with better effects than using pelvic floor rehabilitation training alone.It can further alleviate the degree of pelvic floor dysfunction in patients,effectively improve the clinical urinary incontinence,and enhance the quality of sexual life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
