摘要
目的 探讨软聚硅酮泡沫敷料联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏预防阿扎胞苷注射反应的效果及满意度.方法 选取2022年6月—2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的60例接受阿扎胞苷注射治疗的骨髓增生异常综合征和急性髓系白血病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,所有患者在注射阿扎胞苷3 d后,对照组应用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料,观察组先涂抹多磺酸黏多糖乳膏再应用软聚硅酮泡沫敷料.对比两组干预前及干预后注射部位疼痛、瘀斑、不良反应发生情况及干预的满意度.结果 干预后,两组注射部位疼痛和瘀斑发生情况都优于干预前,不良反应都少于干预前,且干预后观察组注射部位疼痛和瘀斑程度优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 软聚硅酮泡沫敷料联合多磺酸黏多糖乳膏具有较好的预防阿扎胞苷注射反应作用,且患者具有较高的满意度,值得推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and satisfaction of soft silicone foam dressing combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfonate cream in preventing azacytidine injection reaction.Methods A total of 60 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome and acute myeloid leukemia who received azacytidine injection treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected as the research objects from June 2022 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 patients each.Three days after azacytidine injection,the control group applied soft silicone foam dressing,and the observation group applied mucopolysaccharide polysulfonate cream first and then soft silicone foam dressing.Compare the incidence of injection site pain,bruising,adverse reactions,and satisfaction between two groups before and after the intervention.Results After intervention,the incidence of pain and bruising at the injection site in both groups was significantly better than before intervention,and the number of adverse reactions was significantly less than before intervention.In addition,the degree of pain and bruising at the injection site in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group after intervention,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Soft silicone foam dressing combined with mucopolysaccharide polysulfonate cream has a better effect in preventing azacytidine injection reaction,and patients have a high degree of satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
