孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的效果

摘要
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的效果.方法 选择2021年1月—2023年12月梧州市红十字会医院收治的120例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者按照随机数字表法随机分为联合组和对照组各60例.对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,联合组在对照组治疗方案基础之上加用孟鲁斯特纳片治疗.比较两组疗效、各临床症状缓解时间、不良反应发生情况,以及治疗前后各炎性因子水平和肺通气功能指标.结果 联合组临床总有效率(98.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).联合组鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组各炎性因子和肺通气功能指标均较治疗前得到改善,且联合组各炎性因子和肺通气功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗变应性鼻炎的效果,优于单独使用布地奈德治疗,且能够进一步改善患者的临床症状和炎症反应,促进肺通气功能恢复,具有较好的安全性,值得推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods A total of 120 patients with AR admitted to Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the combined group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray,and the combined group was treated with montelukast tablet on the basis treatment plan of the control group.Compare the therapeutic effects,clinical symptom relief time,incidence of adverse reactions,as well as levels of inflammatory factors and pulmonary ventilation function indicators before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group(98.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).The relief time of clinical symptoms such as nasal congestion,itching,sneezing,and runny nose in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors and lung ventilation function indicators in both groups improved compared to before treatment,and the combined group had significantly better inflammatory factors and lung ventilation function indicators than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast and budesonide in the treatment of AR is more effective than budesonide alone,and can further improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of patients,promote the recovery of lung ventilation function,and have good safety.It is worth promoting and using.
