脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理联合点穴疗法和雷火灸护理的效果
The Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Acupoint Therapy and Thunder Fire Moxibustion Nursing for Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

摘要
目的 探讨对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理联合点穴疗法和雷火灸的效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月广州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例.对照组实施早期康复护理,研究组实施早期康复护理联合点穴疗法和雷火灸.比较两组疗效以及干预前后中医证候评分、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量.结果 研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后两组中医证候评分、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力及生活质量评分均优于干预前,且干预后研究组上述各指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者在早期康复护理基础上联合点穴疗法和雷火灸,具有较为理想的护理效果,较早期康复护理可进一步改善患者症状,提高肢体运动功能、生活能力和质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received early rehabilitation nursing,while the study group received early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,limb movement function,daily living ability,and quality of life before and after intervention.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,limb movement function,daily living ability,and quality of life in both groups were significantly better than before intervention.After intervention,the scores of the above indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion in early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia has a relatively ideal nursing effect.Early rehabilitation nursing can further improve patients'symptoms,enhance limb movement function,life ability,and life quality.
