聚焦解决模式护理干预在老年胸腰椎骨折经皮椎体成形术患者中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨对于行经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年胸腰椎骨折患者实施聚焦解决模式护理干预的效果.方法 选取2022年10月—2023年10月在福建省漳浦县医院接受经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年胸腰椎骨折患者80例为研究对象,所有患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施聚焦解决模式护理干预.比较两组术后开始下床时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度,以及护理前和出院时的不良情绪、疼痛程度和腰椎功能.结果 观察组术后开始下床时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).出院时两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、疼痛视觉模拟评分量表、腰椎功能Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷评分均低于护理前,且观察组上述指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组并发症总发生率为27.50%,高于观察组的7.50%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组护理满意度为75.00%,低于观察组的95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对于行经皮椎体成形术治疗的老年胸腰椎骨折患者,实施聚焦解决模式护理干预,可以促进其恢复,减轻负性情绪与疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,降低并发症发生率,提升护理满意度,值得推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of focused solution mode nursing intervention in elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty at Fujian Zhangpu County Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received focused solution mode nursing intervention.Compare the postoperative time of ambulation,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,as well as adverse emotions,pain level,and lumbar spine function before and after discharge between two groups.Results The observation group had significantly shorter recovery time of ambulation and hospital stay than the control group(P<0.05).At the time of discharge,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale,visual analogue scale of pain,and Oswestry disability index questionnaire for lumbar spine function in both groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and the scores of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group was 27.50%,which was significantly higher than 7.50%of the observation group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was 75.00%,which was significantly lower than the observation group's 95.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty,implementing a focused solution nursing intervention can promote their recovery,reduce negative emotions and pain levels,improve lumbar function,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting and using.
