摘要
目的 探讨手术室细节护理在腹腔镜下肾部分切除术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年6月—2023年12月在联勤保障部队第九一〇医院进行择期腹腔镜下肾部分切除术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为细节护理组和常规护理组各30例,细节护理组采用手术室常规护理联合手术室细节护理,常规护理组采用手术室常规护理.比较两组护理前后心理状况以及护理后的护理质量和护理满意度.结果 护理后两组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均低于护理前,且护理后细节护理组焦虑和抑郁自评量表评分均低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).细节护理组护理质量及护理满意度均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜下肾部分切除术患者采用手术室细节护理,能进一步缓解患者的负性情绪,提升护理质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing care in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in No.910 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force from June 2020 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into detail nursing group(N=30)and routine nursing group(N=30).Compare the psychological status before and after nursing between two groups,as well as the nursing quality and satisfaction after nursing.Results The scores of the anxiety and depression self-rating scales in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before nursing,and the scores of the anxiety and depression self-rating scales in the detail nursing group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing quality and satisfaction of the detail nursing group were significantly better than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing care in the operating room can significantly reduce the negative emotion of patients,improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction for patients with laparoscopic partial nephrectomy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
