家庭化产房模式在初产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨家庭化产房模式在初产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果.方法 选择2021年7月—2023年6月晋江市医院收治的120例有阴道试产条件的单胎初产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各60例.对照组给予常规干预模式,研究组在对照组干预模式基础给予家庭化产房模式.对比两组产程时间、产程疼痛程度以及干预后的心理状态和心理弹性.结果 研究组不同产程及总产程时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组不同产程疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).干预后研究组心理状态的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,心理弹性量表各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 家庭化产房模式在初产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果确切,可有效缩短初产妇的产程时间、减轻产程疼痛、改善心理状态和心理弹性,值得推广使用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of family delivery room model in painless delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 120 singleton primiparous women with vaginal trial conditions admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention mode,while the study group received family delivery room model on the basis of the conventional intervention mode.Compare the duration of labor,degree of labor pain,and psychological state and resilience after intervention between two groups.Results The study group had significantly shorter labor stages and total labor time than the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scores of pain in different stages of labor in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total scores of each dimension of the psychological resilience scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the family delivery room model in painless delivery for primiparous women is definite,which can effectively shorten the delivery time,reduce labor pain,improve psychological state and resilience of primiparous women,and is worth promoting and using.
