长期住院稳定期精神分裂症患者的护理需求及其影响因素分析

摘要
目的 探讨长期住院稳定期精神分裂症患者的护理需求及其影响因素.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年4月在南平市第三医院长期住院治疗的280例稳定期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,发放护理需求调查问卷,了解其护理需求并分析影响护理需求的因素.结果 患者的生理需求率为96.43%、认知需求率为98.21%、心理需求率为90.00%、社交需求率为95.71%,均较高.影响患者护理需求的因素分析显示,文化程度是影响患者认知需求的危险因素,病程和文化程度是影响患者心理需求和社交需求的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 稳定期精神分裂症患者的生理、认知、心理、社交护理需求均较强,文化程度是影响患者认知需求的危险因素,病程和文化程度是影响患者心理需求和社交需求的危险因素,应积极采取相关护理措施,以促进患者康复、改善预后.
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing needs and influencing factors of long-term inpatients with stable schizophrenia.Methods A total of 280 long-term hospitalization patients with stable schizophrenia at the Third Hospital of Nanping from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.A nursing needs survey questionnaire was distributed to understand their nursing needs and analyze the factors affecting nursing needs.Results The patient's physiological demand rate is 96.43%,cognitive demand rate is 98.21%,psychological demand rate is 90.00%,and social demand rate is 95.71%,all of which are relatively high.The analysis of influencing factors shows that education level is a risk factor affecting the cognitive needs of patients,while disease course and education level are risk factors affecting the psychological and social needs of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with stable schizophrenia have strong physiological,cognitive,psychological,and social care needs.Education level is a risk factor affecting patients'cognitive needs,while disease course and education level are risk factors affecting patients'psychological and social needs.Relevant nursing measures should be actively taken to promote patient recovery and improve prognosis.
