基于思维导图的不良事件警示教育在心肌梗死患者安全教育中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨在心肌梗死患者的安全教育中,行基于思维导图的不良事件警示教育的效果.方法 选取天津市中西医结合医院(南开医院)在2021年6月—2022年11月收治的80例心肌梗死患者作为对象,随机将其分为常规组和干预组各40例.常规组行常规护理安全教育干预;干预组在常规安全性教育基础上,行基于思维导图的不良事件警示教育.比较两组患者健康认知、安全管理认知变化情况及不良事件发生情况、安全教育质量满意情况.结果 干预后,干预组患者的健康认知评分、安全管理认知总评分均高于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组患者相关不良反应总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预组患者教育内容、方法、态度及效果满意度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 心肌梗死患者安全教育中,积极行基于思维导图的不良事件警示教育,可有效帮助患者提高健康知识、安全管理知识认知度,可明显降低患者不良事件发生风险,有助于提升健康教育总体效果,获得更高满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and value of mind map-based adverse event warning education in safety education of patients with myocardial infarction.Methods Eighty patients with myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to November 2022 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups by random number table method according to their admission numbers.Routine group 40 cases,routine nursing safety education intervention.In the intervention group,40 patients received mind map-based adverse event warning education in addition to routine safety education.The changes of patients'health cognition,safety management cognition,occurrence of adverse events and satisfaction of safety education quality were observed.Results After intervention,the health cognition score and total safety management cognition score of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of related adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The educational content,methods,attitude and satisfaction scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group Conclusion The active implementation of mind map-based adverse event warning education in the safety education of myocardial infarction patients can effectively help patients improve their awareness of health knowledge and safety management knowledge,significantly reduce the risk of adverse events,and help improve the overall effect of health education and obtain higher satisfaction.
