摘要
目的 探讨情绪ABC理论健康教育在消化内镜检查患者中的应用.方法 选取2023年1月—2023年12月在复旦大学附属中山医院进行消化内镜检查的184例患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各92例.对照组接受常规健康教育干预;研究组接受情绪ABC理论健康教育方式干预.比较两组患者的舒适度、护理满意度和检查前后5 min的心理应激状态.结果 研究组舒适度、护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).检查后5 min,研究组应激评分和应激指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在消化内镜检查患者中,应用情绪ABC理论健康教育方式能够显著提高舒适度和护理满意度,并改善心理应激状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of emotional ABC theory in health education in patients with digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 184 patients who underwent digestive endoscopy in Fudan University Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 92 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education intervention,while the observation group was given ABC theory of emotion health education intervention.The comfort,nursing satisfaction,psychological stress of the two groups were compared 5 min before and after the examination.Results The observation group had better comfort and nursing satisfaction than the control group(P<0.05).5 minutes after the examination,the stress score and stress index levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing digestive endoscopy,the application of emotional ABC theory in health education can significantly improve comfort and nursing satisfaction,as well as alleviate psychological stress.
