目的 探讨间歇充气加压泵联合PDCA循环干预在预防重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)患者下肢深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)中的应用.方法 选取2021年10月—2023年10月昆山市第一人民医院收治的132例ICU住院患者,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组各66例.常规组给予常规护理干预,观察组则加用间歇充气加压泵联合PDCA循环干预.比较两组患者干预后的DVT发生率、DVT认知评分和股静脉血流速度.结果 干预后,观察组DVT发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组DVT认知评分和股静脉血流速度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在预防ICU患者DVT发生过程中,应用间歇充气加压泵联合PDCA循证进行干预,能够显著降低患者的DVT发生率,并提高DVT认知程度,改善股静脉血流.
The Application of Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Pump Combined with PDCA Evidence-Based Intervention in the Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in ICU Patients
Objective To explore the application of intermittent inflation pump combined with PDCA cycle intervention in preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the lower limbs of intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 132 ICU patients admitted to Kunshan First People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into routine group and observation group(66 cases in each group)by random number table method.The conventional group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given intermittent inflatable pressure pump combined with PDCA evidence-based nursing intervention.The incidence of DVT,DVT cognition and femoral vein blood flow velocity before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The DVT cognitive score and femoral vein blood flow velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of DVT in ICU patients,the use of intermittent pneumatic pumps combined with PDCA evidence-based intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of DVT in patients,improve DVT awareness,and improve femoral venous blood flow.
