目的 探讨针对性护理对骨盆骨折患者术后功能恢复、自我效能感及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年11月于福州市第二总医院接受治疗的骨盆骨折患者68例,随机分为对照组与研究组各34例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组在其基础上实施针对性护理.比较两组患者的骨盆功能恢复情况、自我效能感、生活质量和并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,研究组一般自我效能感量表评分、Majeed评分、Fugl-Meyer量表评分和SF-36健康调查简表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 针对性护理可显著改善骨盆骨折患者术后的自我效能感、骨盆功能恢复情况及生活质量,同时亦能够减少患者并发症发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of targeted nursing on postoperative functional recovery,self-efficacy,and quality of life in patients with pelvic fractures.Methods Sixty-eight patients with pelvic fractures who received treatment in Fuzhou Second General Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group randomly,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received targeted care on this basis.The self-efficacy,pelvic recovery,quality of life,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy scale,Majeed,Fugl-Meyer assessment and short-form health survey-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can significantly improve the self-efficacy,pelvic function recovery,and quality of life of patients with pelvic fractures after surgery,while also reducing the occurrence of complications in patients.
