摘要
目的 探讨肺力咳合剂联合乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者的效果.方法 选取上林县三里镇中心卫生院2020年9月—2022年9月收治的86例AECOPD,随机分为对照组和观察组各43例.对照组以乙酰半胱氨酸进行雾化治疗;观察组则联合肺力咳合剂进行治疗.比较两组患者的肺通气功能、炎症因子和恢复情况.结果 观察组第1秒用力呼气量、用力呼气峰流速、达峰容积比、达峰时间比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组6 min行走距离高于对照组,改良版英国医学研究委员会呼吸困难量表评分、COPD患者生存状况评估量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 肺力咳合剂联合乙酰半胱氨酸溶液雾化吸入治疗AECOPD,能增强肺通气功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Feilike mixture combined with acetylcysteine solution nebulized inhalation in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Eigty-six AECOPD patients admitted to Sanli Town Central Health Center of Shanglin County from September 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acetylcysteine nebulization,while the observation group was treated with Feili cough mixture additionally.The lung ventilation function,inflammatory factors,and recovery of two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume,peak expiratory flow rate,peak volume ratio,and peak time ratio of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,and tumor necrosis factor-α of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 6-minute walk test distance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of modified British Medical Research Council dyspnea scale and body mass index-airflow obstruction-dyspnea-exercise capacity index were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Feili cough mixture and acetylcysteine solution nebulized inhalation could enhance lung ventilation function,reduce inflammatory factor levels and improve the quality of life.
