连续性护理联合疼痛管理对剖宫产产妇心理状态应激反应和疼痛的影响

摘要
目的 探讨连续性护理联合疼痛管理对剖宫产产妇心理状态、应激反应和疼痛的影响.方法 选取2023年1月—2023年6月福建省妇幼保健院收治的100例剖宫产产妇,以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各50例.对照组给予手术室常规护理;观察组给予连续性护理联合疼痛管理.比较两组产妇的心理、应激反应、疼痛程度及护理满意度.结果 观察组术后1 h的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后1 h的心率、收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组术后4 h、8 h的视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 连续性护理联合疼痛管理的围术期护理模式应用于剖宫产产妇中,能够降低心理应激反应,保证生理应激反应稳定,降低早期疼痛程度,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing combined with pain management on the psychological state,stress response,and pain of cesarean section mothers.Methods One hundred cesarean section women from January 2023 to June 2023 admitted to Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were collected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group,by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care in the operating room.The observation group received continuous nursing combined with pain management.And the psychological state,stress response,pain level,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of parturients were compared.Results The self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 hour after surgery(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 hour after surgery(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale scores of the observation group at 4 and 8 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative nursing model of continuous nursing combined with pain management can reduce psychological stress reactions,ensure stable physiological stress reactions,reduce early pain levels,and improve nursing satisfaction in cesarean section women.
