摘要
目的 探讨多学科协作支持的护理干预在重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)心血管疾病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年12月—2023年12月在威海市中医院ICU接受治疗的心血管疾病患者70例,采用随机法将其分为观察组和对照组各35例.对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上接受多学科协作支持的护理干预.比较两组患者的住院指标、生活质量指标和护理满意度评分.结果 观察组ICU住院时间、住院天数短于对照组,而睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组生活质量量表各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度问卷各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 多学科协作支持的护理干预用于ICU心血管疾病患者中,有助于促进其临床康复,提高生活质量和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative support nursing interventions in intensive care unit(ICU)cardiovascular disease patients.Methods Seventy cardiovascular disease patients who received treatment in the ICU of Weihai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative support nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization indicators,quality of life indicators,and nursing satisfaction scores between two groups of patients were compared.Results The ICU hospitalization time and length of stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,while the sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of the quality of life scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing interventions supported by ICU cardiovascular disease patients can help promote their clinical recovery,improve their quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
