术中保温措施对泌尿外科手术全麻患者术后恢复基础生命体征和应激状态的影响

摘要
目的 探讨术中保温措施对泌尿外科手术全麻患者术后恢复、基础生命体征和应激状态的影响.方法 选择2021年8月—2023年8月晋江市医院晋南分院收治的泌尿外科全麻手术患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例.对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上加用术中保温护理措施.比较两组患者的术后恢复、基础生命体征和应激状态.结果 干预后,研究组苏醒时间、复温时间及拔管时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 泌尿外科手术全麻患者采用术中保温措施,能够加快患者术后恢复,维持基础生命体征稳定,缓解应激状态.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of intraoperative insulation measures on the recovery,basic vital signs,and stress state of patients undergoing general anesthesia in urological surgery.Methods Eighty patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery in the urology department of Jinjiang Hospital Jinnan Branch from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions,while the study group received intraoperative insulation nursing measures in addition to the control group.The postoperative recovery,basic vital signs,and stress status of two groups of patients were compared.Results After intervention,the recovery time,rewarming time,and extubation time of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adrenaline,norepinephrine,and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intraoperative insulation measures for patients undergoing general anesthesia in urological surgery can accelerate postoperative recovery,maintain stable basic vital signs,and alleviate stress states.
