中医辨证施膳联合穴位贴敷对肝硬化失代偿期患者生化指标 生活质量和满意度的影响

摘要
目的 探讨中医辨证施膳联合穴位贴敷对肝硬化失代偿期患者生化指标、生活质量和满意度的影响.方法 选择2023年3-12月在厦门市中医院接受治疗的120例肝硬化失代偿期患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各60例.对照组采用常规干预,研究组在常规干预基础上采用中医辨证施膳联合穴位贴敷.比较两组患者干预前后的生化指标、生活质量和满意度.结果 研究组白蛋白、前白蛋白、生活质量综合评定问卷各项评分均高于对照组,而谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组满意度各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 中医辨证施膳联合穴位贴敷可有效改善肝硬化失代偿期患者的营养状况,提高其生活质量和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of Chinese medicine dieting based on syndrome differentiation and acupoint sticking on biochemical indicators,quality of life,and satisfaction in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis who received treatment at Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received Chinese medicine dieting based on syndrome differentiation and acupoint sticking on the basis of routine intervention.The biochemical indicators,quality of life,and satisfaction of two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The scores of albumin,prealbumin,and quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire in the research group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine dieting based on syndrome differentiation and acupoint sticking could effectively improve the nutritional status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis.
