延伸护理服务对出院2型糖尿病患者遵医行为血糖水平和自护能力的影响

摘要
目的 探讨出院2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者采取延伸护理服务的临床效果.方法 选择2022年12月—2023年12月从高唐县人民医院出院的300例T2D M患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各150例.对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受延伸护理服务.比较两组患者的遵医行为、血糖水平和自护能力改善情况.结果 研究组遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组;而空腹C肽高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组自护能力各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 延伸护理服务能有效提高出院T2DM患者的遵医行为,强化血糖调节能力和改善自护能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of extended nursing service for discharged patients with Type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods Three hundred of T2DM patients discharged from Gaotang County People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 150 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the study group received extended care services.The improvement of compliance behavior,blood glucose levels,and self-care ability between two groups of patients were compared.Results The medical compliance behavior of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose,fasting insulin,and insulin resistance index of the research group were all lower than those of the control group,while the fasting C-peptide level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The research group's self-care ability scores in various dimensions were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing services can effectively improve the medical compliance behavior of discharged T2DM patients,enhance their blood glucose regulation ability,and improve their self-care ability.
