基于4R模式的随访管理对全膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能 自我感受负担和自护能力的改善

摘要
目的 分析基于4R模式的随访管理在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2022年3月—2023年2月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的128例全膝关节置换术患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各64例.对照组接受常规随访干预,研究组接受基于4R模式的随访管理.比较两组患者的膝关节功能、自我感受负担和自护能力.结果 研究组美国纽约特种外科医院评分、Lysholm评分、膝关节活动度及自我护理能力量表各项评分均高于对照组;而自我感受负担量表各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在全膝关节置换术中开展基于4R模式的随访管理,可有效促进膝关节功能好转,降低自我感受负担,并提升自护能力.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of 4R based follow-up management in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients who underwent total knee replacement surgery at Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Xiamen University from March 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 64 patients in each group,by random number table method.The control group received routine follow-up intervention,while the study group received follow-up management based on the 4R model.The knee joint function,self perceived burden,and self-care ability between two groups of patients were compared.Results The scores of the hospital for special surgery,Lysholm score,knee joint range of motion,and self-care ability agency in the research group were all higher than those in the control group,while the scores of the self-perceived burden scale were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The follow-up management based on the 4R model in total knee replacement surgery can effectively promote improvement in knee joint function,reduce self perceived burden,and enhance self-care ability.
