基于角色理论的助产干预对初产妇心理状态分娩效能感和分娩结局的影响
Effect of Midwifery Intervention Based on Role Theory on Psychological State,Delivery Efficacy and Delivery Outcome of Primiparas

摘要
目的 探讨基于角色理论的助产干预对初产妇心理状态、分娩效能感和分娩结局的影响.方法 选择2023年1-12月在漳州市第二医院分娩的160例初产妇,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各80例.对照组接受常规助产干预,研究组接受予基于角色理论的助产干预.比较两组心理状态、分娩效能感、分娩结局.结果 干预后,研究组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、中文版压力量表评分低于对照组;而简化版分娩自我效能量表各项评分及总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组总产程时间短于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,产后出血率、产后抑郁率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 在初产妇分娩中开展基于角色理论的助产干预,可有效调节心理状态,促进分娩效能感提升,改善分娩结局.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of role theory based midwifery intervention on the psychological state,delivery efficacy,and delivery outcomes of primiparous women.Methods One hundred and sixty primiparous women who gave birth at the Second Hospital of Zhangzhou from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 80 cases in each group,by random number table method.The control group received routine midwifery intervention,while the study group received midwifery intervention based on role theory.The psychological states,delivery efficacy,and delivery outcomes between two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale,and Chinese version perceived stress scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of each item and the total score of the the short form of 32-item chinese childbirth self-efficacy inventory were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total duration of labor in the research group was shorter than that in the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,and the postpartum hemorrhage rate and postpartum depression rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing role theory based midwifery intervention during the delivery of primiparous women can effectively regulate their psychological state,promote the improvement of delivery efficacy,and enhance delivery outcomes.
