网络文学平台对写手的管理策略研究——以晋江文学城为例

摘要
文章以晋江文学城为案例,运用网络民族志和深度访谈的质性研究方法,基于劳动过程理论深入探究了网络文学写手的创作环境与写作过程.研究发现,网络文学平台对写手的管理主要包括生产力的有序组织和模糊化的劳动关系处理两大策略.前者通过以签约制度为核心的组织管理、以榜单激励制度为代表的技术管理完成规范化的制度设计,对写手进行强约束;后者则通过读者情感驱动和文化资源置换实现潜在的劳动引导,即柔性管理.对于平台的管理手段,写手们也有自己的应对方式,如转换平台或退出写作、制造社群舆论、创造集体协商机制,但收效甚微.因此,需要合理的制度设计平衡写手与平台之间的关系,保护文化产业中创造力.
Abstract
Taking Jinjiang Literature City as a case,this paper employs qualitative research methods including network ethnography and in-depth interviews to delve deeply into the creative environment and writing process of online literature writers.The study reveals that the management strategies of online literature platforms for writers mainly encompass two aspects:the orderly productivity organization and the flexible handling of labor relations.The former strategy mainly accomplishes standardized system design through organizational management with the contract system as the core and technical management represented by the list incentive system,imposing strong constraints on writers.The latter strategy achieves the blurring of labor relations through readers'emotional drive and cultural resource replacement.For the means of platform control,online writers have their ways to deal with platform control,such as switching platforms or quitting writing,creating community public opinion,and establishing collective bargaining mechanisms,but the results show minimal impact.Therefore,a reasonable system design is needed to balance the relationship between writers and platforms,so as to protect creativity in the cultural industry.
