摘要

新零售业态下,实体书店面临突出的生存压力.实体书店新零售智慧化转型作为一种现实性选择,其目标是通过整合线上和线下的优势,为读者提供更加便捷、个性化的购书体验.这一转型将有助于推动经营方式提质增效,推进出版发行业深度融合发展.文章以基于图书用户行为大数据分析与应用的新零售智慧书店系统项目为研究对象,结合典型案例"不吝BOOLINK书店",分析实体书店智慧化转型的实践路径,以期为新形势下实体书店转型升级提供借鉴.

Abstract

Under the new retail format,physical bookstores are facing significant survival pressure.As a realistic choice,the intelligent transformation to new retail format of physical bookstores aims to provide readers with more convenient and personalized book-buying experiences by integrating advantages of online and offline channels.This transformation is expected to enhance the service quality and operrational efficiency,and promote the in-depth integration of the publishing industry.The article takes the new retail smart bookstore system project based on the big data analysis and application in book user behavior as the research subject.Combined with the typical case study of"BOOLINK Bookstore",it analyzes the practical path of the intelligent transformation of physical bookstores,in order to provide references for the transformation and upgrade of physical bookstores in the new situation.
