摘要
英国教育信息化建设起步较早,教材数字化程度领先,在多年发展中有较多值得研究的创新之处.论文从英国高校数字教材管理和运营模式、数字教材出版模式、数字教材销售模式3个方面讨论英国高校教材数字出版的创新点,发现英国数字教材出版的战略目标清晰明确且设立了专门的非政府高等教育信息化公共组织进行引领,英国的出版商和数字教材平台高度重视出版的灵活性且高等教育机构注重技术与教育、开放性与可持续发展之间的平衡.展望未来,文章认为跨国教育出版商与高等教育信息化公共组织之间的博弈将会持续,数字教材中介机构的发展也将为英国高校教材的数字出版提供更多可能性,而英国高校教材数字出版创新实践和发展方向也可以为我国出版社提供参考与借鉴.
Abstract
The educational informatization in Britain initiated relatively early,and the digitization degree of teaching materials is advanced,with numerous innovations worthy of research in its many years of development.This paper discusses the inovations in digital publihsing of textbooks at British university from three aspects:the digital textbook management and operation models,digital textbook publishing models,and digital textbook sales models.It found that the British digital textbook publishing strategic target is clear and explicitly led by a dedicated non-governmental higher education information public organization.British publishers and digital textbook platforms attaches great importance to the flexibility of publishing and institutions of higher education pay attention to balance technology and education,openness and sustainable development.Looking forward to the future,this paper suggets that the ongoing competition between international education publishers and higher education informatization public organizations will continue.The development of digital textbooks intermediaries will also provide more possibilities for the digital publishing of textbooks in UK universities,and the innovation practices and development directions can also provide references for publishing houses in China.
