出版新质生产力赋能数字出版业高质量发展的机制与路径探究

摘要
发展出版新质生产力是深化中国式出版现代化的必经之路.作为中国式出版现代化直观表征的数字出版业,其高质量发展需要建立在出版新质生产力的基础上,即创新生产要素配置实现数字出版业行动者网络再优化.数字出版业高质量发展的行动者网络优化,以新数字出版人和智能出版技术共同占据枢纽位置,在人机协作中转译传统出版企业、优质数字内容创作者、读者/用户、投融资机构、互联网科技企业等多元行动者主体的利益诉求,同时使其联结成为一个开放式协作网络.出版新质生产力赋能数字出版业高质量发展时,数字出版管理制度需要得到及时优化、相应的知识消费新模式需要得到建立、用户的情绪体验和收获体验需要得到重视并以此为依据进行知识服务创新.
Abstract
The development of new-quality productive forces in publishing is the necessary path to deepen the modernization of Chinese-style publishing.As a direct representation of the modernization of Chinese-style publishing,the high-quality development of the digital publishing industry needs to be based on the new-quality productive forces in publishing,namely,innovating the allocation of production factors to optimize the actor network of the digital publishing industry.The optimization of the actor network for high-quality development of the digital publishing industry is centered on new digital publishers and intelligent publishing technologies.These elements translate and communicate the interest demands of various actors such as traditional publishing enterprises,creators of high-quality original content,users,investment and financing institutions,and Internet technology enterprises in human-machine collaboration,and connect them into an open collaborative network.When the new-quality productive forces in publishing empower the high-quality development of the digital publishing industry,the digital publishing management system needs to be promptly optimized,corresponding new models of knowledge consumption need to be established,and users'emotional and harvest experiences need to be valued as the basis for knowledge service innovation.
