摘要

中小型出版社融合发展的可行路径是基于专业细分利基领域的优势,走以内容为引领的融合发展道路.为此,要推进管理创新,进行组织变革、流程再造,建立健全融合管理制度,形成新的全媒介知识生产方式,同时以管理创新激发产品创新,围绕利基市场的用户需求和应用场景,研发、运营各种媒介类型的知识服务产品.文章以华东理工大学出版社的实践为例,具体介绍了其在融合发展"双创"(即管理创新和产品创新)方面的探索.

Abstract

The feasible path of integrated development for small and medium-sized publishing houses lies in leveraging advantages in specialized niche fields and pursuing an integrated development path led by content.To achieve this,it is necessary to promote management innovation,undergo organizational changes,engage in process reengineering,establish sound integrated management systems,and foster a new mode of all-media knowledge production.It is also necessary to promote product innovation by management innovation,as well as develop and operate knowledge service products of various media types on the basis of user demands and application scenarios in niche markets.Taking the practice of East China University of Science and Technology Press as an example,this paper specifically outlines its exploration of the"dual innovation"in integrated development,namely management innovation and product innovation.
