网络文学平台国内外作者培育制度对比研究——基于阅文集团的案例考察

摘要
作者是网络文学平台建设和产业发展的核心要素,也是制约当前中国网络文学"走出去"的关键因素.通过对比分析阅文集团旗下两大网络文学平台——起点中文网和起点国际的作者培育制度,文章从孵化海外头部作者、引导海外精品化创作、制定在地化版权政策3个维度提出了进一步完善海外作者培育制度、推动中国网络文学国际传播的战略构想.
Abstract
Authors are the core element in the development of online literature platforms and industry growth,and they are also the critical factor constraining the international outreach of Chinese online literature.By comparatively analyzing the author cultivation systems of China Literature Group's two major platforms,Qidian Chinese and Qidian International,this article proposes strategic concepts to enhance the overseas author cultivation system and promote the international dissemination of Chinese online literature.The analysis focuses on three dimensions:incubating top overseas authors,guiding the creation of high-quality overseas content,and formulating localized copyright policies.
