摘要

实施国家文化数字化战略,建设国家文化大数据体系,开展文化数字化建设,已经成为建设社会主义文化强国、实现文化高质量发展的战略选择.作为文化服务的主体,我国文化事业机构经过长期的发展,生产和积累了大量音频、视频、图文、实物等优秀文化资源,这些文化资源是宝贵的精神财富,是文化传承发展的根脉,是艺术创作的源泉.通过紧扣数字时代人民群众对文化服务的多样化、智能化、一站式需求,以数字技术赋能文化资源数字化采集、科学化管理、系统化开发、智能化呈现和创新化运营,实现文化资源更好的保护、传承和应用.

Abstract

The implementation of a national strategy for cultural digitization,the establishment of a national cultural big data system,and the advancement of digital culture construction have become strategic decisions in building a robust socialist cultural nation and achieving high-quality cultural development.As the primary entities in cultural services,China's cultural institutions have,through extensive development over time,produced and accumulated an immense array of excellent cultural resources,including audio,video,imagery,texts,and artifacts.These cultural assets are invaluable spiritual wealth,the lifelines of cultural heritage and development,and the fountains of artistic creation.By closely adhering to the diverse,intelligent,and one-stop demands of the people in the digital age for cultural services,and empowering the digital collection,scientific management,systematic development,intelligent presentation,and innovative operation of cultural resources with digital technology,we aim to better protect,inherit,and utilize cultural resources.
