摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视文化建设,做出一系列重大部署,为数字出版高质量发展提供了坚实保障.搭乘数字中国、网络强国建设、大力促进数字经济发展的战略东风,我国出版业加快数字化转型升级步伐,出版融合发展迈向深入.数字出版在政策引导、内容建设、技术应用、模式创新、人才建设、国际传播能力、保障机制等方面均取得了长足进展.数字出版迈向高质量发展,已成为新时代我国文化建设的重要生力军,在文化强国建设、发展数字经济中发挥日益重要的作用.文章着重对党的十八大以来数字出版发展历程进行回顾,阐释新时代数字出版发展的主要成果.
Abstract
Taking advantage of the strategic momentum of digital China,the construction of a strong online country,and the vigorous promotion of the development of the digital economy,China's publishing industry is accelerating its digital transformation and upgrading,and the integration of publishing development is deepening.Digital publishing has made significant progress in policy guidance,content construction,technological application,model innovation,talent development,international communication capabilities,and guarantee mechanisms.Digital publishing is moving towards high-quality development and has become an important force in China's cultural construction in the new era.It plays an increasingly important role in the construction of a cultural power and the development of the digital economy.The article focuses on reviewing the development process of digital publishing in the past 10 years and explaining the main achievements of digital publishing development in the new era.
