数字化背景下课程编辑能力构成与提升策略

摘要
"互联网+"时代,编辑业务在不断变化.在线教育的兴起催生了课程编辑这一新型编辑岗位,而出版融合发展趋势也塑造了新的编辑角色.出版编辑工作面临新的竞争态势、挑战和发展机遇.传统图书编辑向"课程产品经理"角色转变、向复合型出版人才积极转型,有助于拓展职业发展路径并实现职业成长.文章探析了传统图书编辑向课程编辑转变的路径以及编辑素质重构与能力提升的方法,旨在为提高课程编辑业务能力提供参考.文章提出,数字化时代的课程编辑,应加强政治素养、编辑业务能力、教学设计能力、组织管理能力、产品迭代能力和运营推广能力.
Abstract
The editorial business is constantly changing in the"Internet"era.The rise of online education has invented a new editing post of course editor,and the trend of publishing convergence has also shaped the new editing role.With the advent of the digital era,publishing editors are facing new competition,challenges and development opportunities.The transformation of traditional book editors to the role of"course product managers"and the active transformation to compound publishing talents will help to expand the career development path and achieve career growth.This paper explores the path of the transformation from traditional book editor to course editor and the method of reconstruction and ability enhancement of editing quality,aiming to provide reference for adaptation of course editor.Course editors in the digital era should strengthen political literacy,editing professional ability,instructional designability,organizational management ability,product iteration ability and operational promotion ability.
