当前,我国出版业正处于新一轮技术革命和产业变革的进程中,在出版强国建设目标下,如何发展新质生产力,成为行业内外关注的焦点.近年来,凤凰出版传媒集团积极响应习近平总书记关于科技创新和高质量发展的号召,坚持创新驱动,加快推动数字化转型与融合发展.通过系统谋划、创新驱动、融合发展、技术赋能和协同创新等策略,特别是在数字出版、新媒体建设、人工智能应用等方面,制定并实施了一系列具体措施,有效促进了传统出版业的转型升级和高质量发展.文章基于凤凰出版传媒集团的融合发展实践,深入探讨数字化转型与创新发展的策略与成效,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供有益参考.
Abstract
In recent years,Phoenix Publishing & Media Group has been actively responding to General Secretary Xi Jinping's call on technological innovation and high-quality development,and a series of specific measures have been formulated and implemented through strategies such as system planning,innovative stimulation,integrated development,technological empowerment,and collaborative innovation,especially in digital publishing,new media construction,and artificial intelligence applications,effectively promoting the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of the traditional publishing industry.The article is based on the integrated development practice of Phoenix Publishing & Media Group,and deeply explores the strategies and effects of digital transformation and innovative development,in order to provide useful references for research and practice in related fields.
