数字经济赋能数字出版产业链韧性提升的理路与进路
The Logic and Approach of Digital Publishing Industry Chain Resilience Enhancement Empowered by Digital Economy

摘要
数字经济作为把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革新机遇的战略选择,不仅为数字出版发展带来新契机,也为数字出版产业链韧性的提升提供了新动能.文章界定了数字出版产业链韧性的概念和主体,分析其面临的不完善、不强健、不稳定等问题,基于动态能力理论的视角,分析数字经济如何通过强链、补链和延链来提升数字出版产业链的韧性,提出从优化政策保障体系、培育数字出版龙头企业、加强数字基础设施建设、强化产业链风险治理水平4个方面实现韧性的提升.文章引入韧性视角探讨数字经济对数字出版产业链优化的作用,丰富了数字出版研究的想象力与策略的工具箱.
Abstract
The digital economy,as a strategic choice to seize the new opportunities arising from the latest round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,not only presents novel prospects for the advancement of digital publishing but also furnishes fresh impetus for fortifying the resilience of the digital publishing industry chain.This article defines the concept and core components of resilience in the context of the digital publishing industry chain,analyzes its existing imperfections,robustness,and instability,and examines how strengthening,complementing,and extending this chain through dynamic capacity theory can enhance its resilience.Four aspects are proposed to achieve enhanced resilience:optimizing policy system guarantees;nurturing leading enterprises in digital publishing;bolstering digital infrastructure development;and reinforcing risk governance within the industry chain.By adopting a resilience perspective to explore how the digital economy optimizes the digital publishing industry chain,this article enriches both imagination and strategic approaches in research on digital publishing.
