Thoughts on the Mode of Regional Medical Information Construction Based on Cloud Computing
In recent years, China has made certain achievements in regional health information technology .But it still faces many difficulties , such as complex systems, difficult standard applications , capital and talent shortages, process re-engineering and management concept transformation. This article attempts to build a deep thinking mode of regional medical information construction and proposes a thinking mode of regional medical information construction which is based on the cloud computing.
