摘要
目的：针对当前国内电子病历建设普遍存在的异构性和不平衡性问题。方法：分析并利用当前信息技术优势，提出基于SOA和B/S架构的电子病历共享解决方案。结果：在充分考虑各医疗机构独立性的基础上，拓宽了电子病历的共享范围。结论：有利于提高诊疗质量和促进医疗资源整合。
Abstract
Objective: Aiming to heterogeneity and imbalance in currently electronic medical records (EMRs) building. Methods:Current information technologies and its advantages are studied, and a solution for EMRs sharing based on service oriented architecture and browse/Server architecture is promoted. Results:Taking in account the autonomy of medical agency fully, the solution has extend the sharing scope of EMRs. Conclusion: The application of the system can improve medical quality and facilitate the integration of medical resources.
