军队医院手术分级管理系统初探

摘要
目的：开发一套软件系统用于实现军队医院手术分级信息化管理。方法：依据总后卫生部颁发的关于军队医院开展手术分级管理的文件精神和要求，以“军字一号”数据为基础，采用C/S架构，以Oracle数据库、PowerBuilder开发工具实现软件系统的开发。结果：系统与“军字一号”系统无缝连接，界面友好，操作简便，功能全面。结论：该系统为军队医院手术分级管理制度的实施提供了有力的技术支持。
Abstract
Objective: To design one software system for army hospital operation grading management. Methods: According as documents issued by Ministry of Health of General Logistics Department, This system is developed by PowerBuilder tools and oracle database, which based on military HIS data and using C/S model. Results: This system connect with military hospital information system perfectly, It has practical function and favorable UI, and is easy to use. Conclusion:The software system has offered powerful technical support for the operation grading management .
